Fans of Apple's smartphone queued overnight to be the first to get their hands on the iPhone 5 that goes on sale today September 21 in nine countries.

Man caught selling vultures as roasted chicken in Port Harcourt

If you live in Port Harcourt and you've ever bought roasted chicken from this man pictured above, now would be a good time to go wash your head in a river...haha! This hausa 'chicken' seller was caught trapping vultures in Onne, Port Harcourt, roasting and selling them as suya meat to unsuspecting buyers.

He said he started out selling real chicken but when it became too expensive, he started trapping vultures and selling to his customers as chicken. Vulture meat? Ewwwwww!

Mikel Obi deletes hes Twitter Account After receiving insults from chelsea fans

John Mikel Obi took it too Far, We all remember the Champions League Match between Chelsea and Juventus, The Match ended 2-2 and Chelsea Fans blamed Mikel for giving the Ball away just ten Minutes before the End of the Match also Preventing the Equalizing goal.



After the Match Ended, Some Fans were abusing Mikel racially on his Twitter Page @Mikel12Official, Immediately Mikel saw this he deleted the Verified Twitter Account which he set up 2 Months back with over half a Million Followers.

Chelsea said they have informed the police after being made aware of the racist Tweets. A statement read:

We've been made aware of racist tweets targeted at Mikel which are totally unacceptable, disgusting and abhorrent. We've informed the police and support taking the strongest possible action."

Nigerian Nollywood Actor * Bestwood Chukwuemeka * Jailed For Having Sex With A Man

Nigeria's law against gay practice claimed its first victim in the federal capital territory, Abuja on Monday, Trend9ja.com gathered.

According to reports, 28-year old actor, Bestwood Chukwuemeka was on Monday sentenced to prison by a Magistrate Court in Abuja for having sexual intercourse with another man through the anus.



At first he pleaded not guilty before accepting the crime. In his words; "I am guilty of the charge against me. I was under the influence of alcohol and I want the court to temper justice with mercy," he pleaded.

The police prosecutor, Mohammed Umar, had told the court that the convict committed the offence in August when the complainant was sleeping in his bed. Homosexual acts, the prosecutor said, was contrary to Section 284 of the Penal Code.

After listening to both parties, the Senior Magistrate tempered justice with mercy and sentenced the actor to three months imprisonment, but without an option of fine.
